Refund policy

At Calotes, Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchanges only in cases of size issues or if the product arrives damaged. To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order. The product should be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact. Please note that items purchased during sales, or special offers may not be eligible for return or exchange. Once the product is inspected and approved, the exchange process will be initiated.
